Our Mission is

In May 2025, Horizon College & Seminary and Master’s College and Seminary (MCS) formalized a new partnership with their sister institution, the Institut Biblique du Québec (IBQ), to enhance access to Christian theological education in English within the province of Quebec.

Under this agreement, Horizon and MCS will jointly offer English-language courses specifically for students in the Quebec District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. This initiative represents a significant advancement in equipping and empowering English-speaking believers for ministry without requiring them to leave the province.

As part of this collaboration, IBQ will continue to provide essential mentoring, coaching, and pastoral care for students enrolled in the program. This ensures a holistic approach to education, combining academic excellence from Horizon and MCS with the relational and spiritual support for which IBQ is well known.
