In May 2025, Horizon College & Seminary and Master’s College and Seminary (MCS) formalized a new partnership with their sister institution, the Institut Biblique du Québec (IBQ), to enhance access to Christian theological education in English within the province of Quebec.
We are excited to introduce our ambassador, Pastor Ron Rust.
With a remarkable record of over 46 years in pastoral ministry, Pastor Rust brings a great wealth of experience to our team. His experience includes serving in church plants and large multicultural churches. Furthermore, Pastor Rust has been associated with the IBQ for over 30 years, as academic dean and teacher. His dedication and commitment to our organization has been unwavering, and we are delighted to have him represent the IBQ.
